What This Shuttle Is (And What It’s Not)
What We Do:
- Shuttle whitewater paddlers (kayakers and raft crews) to Spanish Bottom
- Operate a jet boat down the 50-mile calm water section of the Colorado River
- Drop off guests just upstream of Brown Betty, the first rapid in Cataract Canyon
- Enable overnight or short Cataract runs with fast, direct transport
What We Don’t Do:
- We do not provide pick up shuttles below Cataract Canyon (you need to set your own shuttle or have Coyote Shuttle transport your car)
- We do not run our jet boats on the Green River
- We do not delay departure—if you're late, the boat leaves without you
This service is for the paddlers who’ve done the planning and just need that final logistical boost. You bring the vision—we’ll get you there.

A Shortcut to the Wild
The 50 miles from Potash to Spanish Bottom are beautiful—but slow. On a paddleboard or oar rig, it could take three or more days. With Tex’s, you’re there in two hours, fresh and ready to launch into Cataract’s deep-cut canyons and charging current.
With Lake Powell low, the current is flowing strong from Spanish Bottom to the North Wash takeout. It’s the perfect setup for an over night Cataract Canyon trip. Most people need to take a full week off work to run Cat, but now you can run it over the weekend.
