Tex's Riverways - Canoe and Kayak Outfitter and Shuttle Service

Since 1958, Tex’s Riverways has provided professional canoe and kayak outfitting services to groups of all sizes traveling on the Colorado and Green Rivers near Moab, Utah. Backed by a solid reputation, our family owned and operated business emphasizes the ethical treatment of a pristine landscape and offers an unmatched degree of personal experience on the Colorado River, the Green River, and in the Maze District of Canyonlands National Park.

We cater to self-guided trips and gladly provide basic information, advice, logistical support, and rental equipment to ensure a safe and comfortable experience for all of our clients. In a canyonlands wilderness environment that presents variable and often difficult conditions, we provide a very specialized and reliable shuttle service.

We do not keep regular office hours during November and December but are still taking reservations via email. Your interest in our service is very important to us so please feel free to leave us an email or a voice mail and your message will always be retuned promptly.

During January and February our office hours will be 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday. If you are planning a trip for 2010 you should be making reservations as soon as possible. Our availability during the spring season (March, April and May) can disappear quickly as dates draw near. Shuttle services begin March 1st, 2010.
